My goal is simple: to uplift your mood, enhance your confidence, and give you a one-of-a-kind experience you’ll look forward to every time. 💖 ⸻ 🤍 Salon Policy 🤍 Please take a moment to read through the following policies to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone: • 🚨 Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. I understand life happens, but your deposit secures your appointment and is non-refundable under all circumstances. • No extra guests unless they are being serviced or we’ve discussed it beforehand. • Feeling sick? Your health and mine are important. If you’re feeling under the weather, please reschedule — I won’t be able to take you. • Outside sets: If your nails were done elsewhere, please book a full set + soak off. • NO-SHOWS will result in full charge. ⸻ 😩 Late Policy • A $10 late fee will be applied 10 minutes after your appointment time. • If you are 15+ minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and you’ll need to reschedule.

Cancellation Policy

I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any Jo-Show or cancellation within 12 hours of the schedule appointment.
